The personal data processed through the website is as follows.

Partner request (distributors, wholesale and retail, export)

Data: name, company name, phone or WhatsApp number, type of business (distribution, wholesale and retail, or export), city or country, product ranges you are interested in, optional message and the language of the site used.

Purposes: to review and answer your trade request, and pass it on to the relevant team (sales or export).

Price and catalogue request (Contact page)

Data: name, name of your shop or company, phone number and the language of the site used.

Purpose: to contact you again to send you our trade prices and catalogue.

Protection against spam and abuse

To protect its forms, the site uses a hidden field that traps bots, a minimum time to fill in the form and a limit on the number of submissions per IP address over 10 minutes. For this purpose, your IP address and your browser identifier (user-agent) are recorded with each request you send.

Audience measurement

Forsa Dahabiya contest

The site does not collect any entries to the Forsa Dahabiya contest. The conditions for taking part and for handing over the prize, including any processing of winners’ data, are set out in the contest rules: a completar: link para o regulamento do passatempo.

• Partner and price request forms: your consent, given by sending the form after reading the information notice that accompanies it, and the taking of pre-contractual steps at your request.
• Protection against spam: the legitimate interest of SOCONARJISS in keeping the site and its forms secure.
• Audience measurement: your consent, collected through the cookie banner.
• The cookie recording your choice: it is necessary for the site to work.

Your data is processed by the SOCONARJISS teams concerned by your request: the sales team or the export team.

It may also be processed by technical service providers (processors) acting on our instructions and on our behalf, for example for sending emails, hosting the website or customer relationship management (CRM). List of service providers:

Some service providers may be established, or store data, outside Morocco. In accordance with Law No. 09-08, SOCONARJISS undertakes to carry out such transfers only within the framework authorised by the Moroccan data protection authority, the Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel (CNDP).

• Partner and price requests (including the IP address and user-agent recorded with them): a completar: prazo de conservação dos pedidos.
• Anti-abuse counter linked to the IP address, held in the server’s memory: 10 minutes.
• Cookie recording your cookie choice (chipsy_consent): 6 months.

On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or refuse audience measurement; both choices are presented in the same way. Your choice is stored for 6 months in a first-party cookie (chipsy_consent). You can change it at any time using the cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

• Necessary cookie: the chipsy_consent cookie, which remembers your choice. It is essential for the site to work.
• Audience measurement (Google Analytics, via Google Tag Manager): only if this tool is enabled on the site, and only after you accept it. It tells us how many people visit the site and how its pages are used, including when a form is sent (the type of form only, never its content). If you refuse, no audience measurement cookie is set.

SOCONARJISS implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access or disclosure, and requires the same level of protection from its service providers.

Under Law No. 09-08, you have the following rights over your data:

• Right of access: to know whether we process data about you and to obtain a copy of it.
• Right to rectification: to have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected, completed or updated, and to have data whose processing does not comply with the law erased.
• Right to object: to object, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of your data, and to object free of charge to its use for direct marketing purposes, in particular commercial prospecting.

You can withdraw your consent at any time: by writing to us for a request sent through a form, and using the cookie settings link for audience measurement.

Any age conditions for taking part in the Forsa Dahabiya contest are set by its rules. If you believe a minor has sent us personal data, contact us so that we can delete it.

We may change this policy, in particular to reflect changes to the website or to the regulations. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page.
